This project is located in a triangular plan (linear) and in an urban context due to being surrounded by high-rise buildings with many openings (32 windows). Shades and posters have been used by hiding a number of openings to prevent noise pollution, create peace, proper light and a unified visual vision. Also, its design is in a contemporary style (rounded corner elements) with white dominant colors and green secondary color, as well as black accent color which creates contrast.
